2. Export to Excel and Printer Friendly
   1. Both options capture the list as it is currently being viewed
   2. This means you can sort and/or search the list and make the view whatever you wish before exporting or printing.
3. Search and Advanced Search
   1. To quick search, type your search into the box and click search. Note, the only fields that are quick searchable are the ones with stars next to their names. For example, vintage is not quick searchable.
   2. Advanced search will allow you to search for anything.
   3. For advanced search, use the dropdown list to select equal (=), not equal (<>), less than (<), etc. Some boxes even have the option to select "contains" and "starts with" so you can refine your search however you wish.
   4. If you perform a quick search or an advanced search, to reset and see all the results again, click the "show all" button next to the search field.
4. Records per page allows you to change the number of wines you will see per page. If there is more than one page of wines, you can use the paging buttons to the left of the "records per page" dropdown.
5. Sorting: Each field in the list can be sorted. Simply click on the field name (i.e. vintage) to sort by that field. To reverse sort, click again on the same field.
6. Formatted printing options: These printing options are discussed in the printing help section.
7. List by winery or by brand: These will perform an automatic search on winery or brand and limit the list to just a specific winery or brand.
